I've always thought their products are very good value for money. I dealt with their customer support once when tracking a delayed parcel - overly helpful and responsive. Good operation.

I tried these guys because rather than shopping around for suits that have the right collar/cuffs I could just select what I want, and they make it. Well the whole experience was excellent. After I placed my order, customer support (Adam) contacted me to confirm some of my measurements. As I was a new customer they spent a fair bit of time helping me get my measurements right which was reassuring. Got the suit today and love it. Fit is great and the fabric is great quality (I chose Twill Light Blue). At this price point, I will be ordering plenty more. Can't recommend them enough.
