My first time ordering a tailor-made suit online.The website is clear, simple, easy to use and I had all my questions answered promptly by customer service.I'll admit, I was skeptical and ordered without having high expectations.The suit arrived and it was superb. I really can't fault it, and I am a fussy person. I wish I had known about these guys before wasting $100s on my local "tailors." I'm in the process of ordering a second batch of suits and I'll buy all my suits from these guys in the future. Seriously - they are that good; I can't recommend them enough.

I have now tried a few different online tailors, and this one was the best to deal with. Their customer support is swift and very professional, and their suits are equal or superior to others I tried. Value is the best by far. I have placed a number of orders. They assisted me with measurement adjustments - they asked me to send a photo of myself wearing one of the suits and their tailors assessed my fit and recommended adjustments. It feels like an incredible personalized service. They put in a lot of effort and contact with me. I will continue to order all my suits through them.
