Jack is a great guy always very patient with excellent customer service. Jack also give good recommendations when comes to fabric selection, lining, and buttons, everything can be customize. I have been to many tailors in Singapore but none will bother to ask customer's opinion on the button and lining selection unless you pay for the expensive lining. Also many other tailors will not make recommendations and leave it to the customer to choose on their own for the buttons and lining, but Jack is different. He will lay out a few choices and tell you the good and bad about each before giving you his opinions. This is the part that I value the most in my bespoke experience with Misshow. That is not only the good points that I find with Jack, so far I have make a few shirts, pants and suits with him all turn out looking great. The other best part of his service is upon collection of the suit he will use his own camera to do a photoshoot with you wearing the suit both inside his shop and outdoor. With his good photo taking skills the photos always turn out good, this is the kind of special value add service that I treasure also unlike many other tailors wont even bother to take any photos or the most take a few with my own handphone camera which turn out ugly. This shows Jack is proud of his work so am I as a customer. In fact Misshow is now my "go to" tailor for all my future tailoring needs and I will not hesitate to recommend any of my friend or relative to give them a try.
