I chose express shipping and was able to track my order to my door. The suits really exceeded all my expectations. The suit quality is a really really high standard and the fabrics are excellent. Got my first suit and am so so impressed. I tried their Velancia superfine cotton. I actually asked them to recommend a blue gingham check for a warm climate and that's what they suggested. Very knowledgeable guy on the other end of the live chat. I followed the instructions to submit my measurements which took a bit of time, but all good. I am short with broad shoulders so most suits are too long and loose around my waist. 3 weeks later I received my suit - absolutely beautiful suit. It looks and feels better than $450 suits I own. The fit was what really impressed me...I have never ordered custom made before, but I can't believe I've been putting up with ill-fitting suits for so long. I am 100% converted to custom made from now on. Just wish I had got onto this earlier!
