xDense beading outlines the plunging strapless cups of this mermaid prom dress, spreading into curved leaf-like motifs across the transparent waist and hips. The center forms a narrow V. Below the waist, the embroidered lines sweep toward a high front slit edged with overlapping tulle ruffles. The ruffles continue to the floor. The remaining skirt stays close through the thighs before opening into a low flare and trailing hem. Lift the shirt collar. Put the first end of the cloth tape where the shoulder seam meets the neck. Measure down (vertically over the stomach) to the point you want the jacket to end. The standard measurement is usually around your fingers.
2. How to Measure Chest
Run the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, tight up under your armpits and over the shoulder blades, just in line with your nipples.
3. How to Measure Hips
Run the measuring tape around your hips. Make sure that the measuring tape is around the fullest part of the hip at the same level

Put on your pants (belt less) and measure around the waist, at the height where you want your pants to stay
