Misshow.com will make the returns process as easy as possible. we accept returns and we are here 24 hours a day to assist you with your return!
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a dress for your special occasion, and our cancellation policy was formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please be informed that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
All dress orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All dress orders canceled within 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
All dress orders cannot be canceled or changed after 24 hours.
Misshow only accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has a problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem with the item is not caused by Misshow.
We cannot accept returns for confirmed customer sized or customer self-designed dresses.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged by improper cleaning methods.
Bear in mind that the quality problem is not including color aberration for it could exist due to PC monitor display effect and weather condition, but we can declare that our products are of good quality. Any uninformed return of the item will not be credited.
Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon arrival of your package, it is suggested that you check the dress to make sure it has been made in accordance with your order specifications. If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original conditions - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
We know how important getting the perfect dress is. We hope that you send the items back to us in perfect condition and that you follow the return instructions listed below.
You should contact us within 2 business days( from the date that the item is received) if you want to return the item back to us. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
If you are going to ship an item back to us, you should contact our customer support first; our customer representative will clarify for you and you need to ship the item back to us within 7 days (from the date the item is received). Please provide a detailed explanation in the return package, (including the order number, receiver, and the reason why return).
We encourage customers to keep the dresses if there is only a little problem; we will refund 20%~30% (except the shipping fee) to the people who alter their dresses locally.
When you ship the dress, please mark the price as 5-10 dollars, for the dress is valueless to you.
We can only warrant your refund after we receive the item in good condition as we send it to you. And you should be responsible for the shipping fee.
We do not accept the refund requests on you refusing to sign for the parcel because of the taxes.
All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U"(Delivered Duties Unpaid), Misshow.com can not be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties, or tariffs that may apply to international orders.
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1-2 inches in either direction of specified measurements. Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.
We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. However, in this case, customers should responsible for the shipping fee forth and back.
Errors caused due to customers' own specification:
If the error of unfitting regarding size/color that was made or specified by customers during purchasing our products, the customers will not be eligible for refunds under this case.
